Our client is seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) – Raiser’s Edge to play a pivotal role in supporting fundraising and marketing efforts through expert database management.

What You’ll Do:
Support marketing and fundraising campaigns with targeted data segmentation using Raiser’s Edge and SQL queries.
Manage data imports and integrity , ensuring best practice standards.
Drive data quality improvements across CRM and other platforms.
Work with third-party consultancies on automation and API integrations.
Contribute to the organisation’s 5-year data strategy , collaborating with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ experience in data management, ideally with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM.
Solid SQL database skills with the ability to build and export complex queries.
A critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to explain data processes effectively.
A proactive approach to improving data procedures and analytics knowledge .
Desirable Skills:
Experience with business insights and analytics .
Exposure to Python for data automation and reporting.
