We're partnering with a well-established national retailer to find an experienced Team Leader to join their leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be out on the shop floor, leading from the front and making a genuine impact across sales, service, team performance and day-to-day store operations.

About the role
You'll play a key role in supporting the store leadership team and driving the team towards commercial success.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of up to 20
Driving sales, service and KPI performance
Leading by example across the shop floor
Supporting merchandising and stock management
Understanding sales trends,
top sellers and team performance
Managing high stock volumes and maintaining operational standards
Creating an outstanding customer experience
Supporting the store leadership team to achieve budgets and targets
What we're looking for
Previous leadership experience within a large-format retail environment
Experience leading and developing a sizeable team
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance
Experience working with high stock volumes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for the outdoors or an active lifestyle would be highly regarded
First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification
Full-time availability across late nights and weekends
Full working rights in Australia
