We're currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join an established business in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B Account Manager with a background in travel, aviation or a related industry to manage key corporate accounts across NSW and ACT, build strong client relationships and drive commercial growth.

The Role:
Managing a portfolio of B2B clients across NSW and ACT, including Newcastle
Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate accounts across government, roadside assistance and travel management sectors
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop current business
Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Managing account performance, revenue growth and commercial targets
Collaborating with a national B2B team of approximately 10 people across various functions
Developing long term client partnerships and identifying opportunities to increase account value

About You
7+ years of Account Management experience, ideally within a B2B environment
Experience within the travel, aviation,



automotive or a related industry would be highly regarded
Solid relationship building, negotiation and communication skills
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth prospects and achieve targets
Confident managing a diverse client portfolio and multiple stakeholders
Self motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously

What's on Offer
$85k to $95k base salary + super, depending on experience
Uncapped earning potential up to approximately $130k OTE, with commission capped at 50% of base salary
Company car provided, with onsite parking available
Full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working, with 1 day WFH and 4 days based in an Sydney CBD
