BlueCare is seeking a Wellness Partner at Flinders View Nowlanvil Aged Care Facility. The role delivers engaging, person-centered wellness programs to support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing.

Work closely with residents, families and the care team to create prospects for meaningful participation, independence and connection. The ideal candidate will facilitate activities, build relationships, support independence and collaborate with volunteers.
