AA Appointments is sourcing an Operations Manager to lead a brand-current Sydney CBD quick-service restaurant. You will own pre-opening, launch, and ongoing daily operations, building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will manage P&L;, labour costs and food costs, recruit and train staff, and lead in a rapid-paced opening workplace. NSW Food Safety Supervisor certification is required, with five days per week availability.
