Department of Health, Tasmania is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced clinical care in the North West Tasmania Community Rapid Response Service. You will work with GPs, nurses and allied health specialists to deliver rapid assessment, diagnosis and treatment in people’s homes and communities.

You’ll practice at the top of your scope, mentor staff, lead quality improvement and support ongoing service development.
