Run business development for a busy Corporate and Finance group: pitches, panel submissions, key account plans and the partner relationships that go with them. Suits five to eight years in qualified services BD.
Why the role exists
The group has doubled its deal flow in two years and the partners want a BD lead who can shape the pursuit strategy, not just manage the pipeline.
You will work with a group of 22 partners across M&A;, private equity and banking, owning the pitch and tender process end to end and running the key account programme for the top ten clients.
You will need a track record of winning work in a law or accounting firm, confidence in front of partners and a transparent view of what a positive pitch looks like. Sydney based, hybrid.
