Kaliba in Melbourne is seeking an experienced L2 Engineer to support a growing SMB client base. This role offers flexible work from home with a mix of work-from-home and onsite client support, and a salary range of AUD 75,000 to 85,000 plus super.

You will provide L1/L2 remote and onsite support, resolve issues across client IT settings, meet SLAs, and have 3+ years in a help desk role with MSP experience, solid AD, Windows Server, Azure and Exchange skills.
