Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations, uphold hotel standards, and assist guests through check-in and check-out while delivering meaningful service.

You will supervise staffing, handle complaints, build guest relationships, and act as a confident, welcoming leader who inspires the team. OPERA PMS experience and Australian working rights are required; permanent full time role with salary 75,000–90,000 plus superannuation.
