St Vincent's Hospital Network in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse (Year 2–8) for Hospital in the Home (HITH). This permanent full time role covers a 7-day rotating roster with shifts 0800–16:30 or 11:30–20:00, delivering acute hospital-level care to patients in their homes.

You will be registered with AHPRA, hold a NSW driver’s license, and collaborate in an interdisciplinary team across settings. Salary ranges from $86,183.34 to $114,771.98 plus super, with generous perks and
