Junior Administration Officer - Hardship Department
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Junior Administration Officer to join our Hardship Department.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone starting their career in administration, customer service, or financial services. No prior hardship experience is required, we provide full training and support.
About the Role
In this junior admin position, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the Hardship team, helping vulnerable customers who are experiencing financial difficulty.
You'll play a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our processes run smoothly while maintaining high standards of accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the Hardship Officers and the team leader.
Handle incoming calls.
Process and organise hardship applications, customer correspondence, and documentation.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records in our systems.
Handle incoming emails and manage shared inboxes.
Support the team with basic customer enquiries and escalat complex matters appropriately
Help ensure all processes comply with financial hardship guidelines and internal policies.
