We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration person to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating jobs, supporting technicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations.

About the Role

As Administration Officer, you will have contact between clients, technicians, and management, helping to schedule, track, and support other service staff.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting Service department in scheduling and coordinating service jobs and technician workloads
Preparing service jobs for invoicing
Communicating with clients regarding bookings, updates, and service outcomes
Goods receipting supplier invoices, data entry
Processing customer orders & placing with suppliers.
Maintaining accurate records of service jobs and documentation
Supporting technicians with administrative and logistical needs
Managing our fleet & keeping up to date register
Handling incoming calls,



emails, and customer enquiries

About You
Previous experience in service administration, scheduling, or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Experience with job management systems (e.g. SimPRO, ServiceM8) is highly regarded
Australian work rights required
