Stone Artisan Bakers Bethania is a fast-paced environment specialising in traditional Sourdough Breads, Gourmet Pies, and French inspired Cakes & Pastries. As a skilled Chef/Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing bakery products while following recipes consistently and efficiently with little supervision.

Key responsibilities
Complete daily prep and production of high-volume bakery products consistently
Maintain a high standard of food quality with demonstrated efficiency in the utilisation of products
Assist in maintaining effective inventory levels
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and station daily and maintain standards of valuable personal hygiene
Basic food preparation, assisting with ingredient and baking preparation, stock rotation, goods receivable, and packing of products
Exhibits excellent knowledge, understanding of all fundamental techniques of pastry, confectionery, and baked goods
