About the Role:
This role would see you support two great Partners and a small number of senior Lawyers in the firm’s busy litigation practice, working across defendant insurance and regulatory, and commercial litigation matters. As junior lawyers are supported separately, your focus will be on partner and senior-level support.
The role is full-time in the office for the first six months.
Duties to include:
Diary and inbox management
Travel booking
Expenses
Light billing, with additional billing support provided by the wider team
Document formatting, preparation and file management
Other ad hoc duties as required
About You:
As this role lies in one of Australia’s best law firms, a legal background is essential. You’ll have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within litigation or insurance, and be looking for your next step with a top-tier firm. You don’t need to be highly seasoned, but you’ll bring strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
