We are seeking an in-house TA for a large corporate HQ. You'll report to the General Manager People and know how to run full cycle recruitment. The role focuses on proactive headhunting, building talent pools and acting as a trusted adviser to hiring managers. This is an office-based role at the company's Brisbane head office.
What You'll Be Doing
Running recruitment from brief to start date: ads, shortlisting, phone screens, interviews, references, verbal offers and contracts
Headhunting and sourcing across multiple platforms for Marketing, Finance, HR, Project Management, Commercial and Admin roles
Building and nurturing talent pools so positive people are ready when roles open up
Working with managers on vacancy requirements, resource planning and the profile of the ideal hire
Coaching managers on interviewing and recommending better ways to recruit
Pre-employment screening, including Working with Children Checks, police checks and licensing
Managing agency relationships and helping negotiate terms
Keeping JobAdder and Workforce Ready accurate and up to date
Reporting on recruitment data and finding where the process can improve
Supporting employer branding, the careers social pages and company review responses
Providing general HR admin and project support to the People team
What You'll Bring
Solid experience recruiting high-calibre corporate candidates, ideally across Marketing, Finance, HR, Projects and Commercial
A proven headhunting track record. You know how to find people who aren't looking
Experience keeping a talent pool warm and using it to fill roles
Solid relationships with hiring managers and the confidence to push back when needed
Resource planning experience
JobAdder or Workforce Ready experience is a bonus
A valid National Police Check and full working rights in Australia
