About the Client
Our Client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join their team. This role involves warehouse operations, stock handling, order preparation and general labouring duties within a busy work workplace.
What You Will Be Doing
Receive, check and store incoming stock and deliveries
Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
Operate a forklift to move, load and unload steel products (If ticketed)
Assist with stock control, inventory checks and record keeping
Operating Steel manufacturing machines
Assist with general labouring and basic machine duties
What You Will Need
Current forklift licence (Forklift Operators)
Experience in warehouse or stores operations is advantageous
Ability to safely handle materials and steel products
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
Own required PPE, including hi-vis long-sleeve shirt, long pants and steel-capped boots
