Key Responsibilities

Deliver a premium client experience from appraisal through to successful settlement
Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics and local activity to maximise outcomes and credibility
Represent the brand at the highest level with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For




4+ years’ experiencein residential sales ideally with strong familiarity with the local community
Strong understanding of thelocal market
Demonstrate a proven track record in listings and sales
You are a strong relationship manager with ability to build rapport with existing and new clients
Highly capable in prospecting and equipped with strong negotiation skills
Client centric approach and self-driven individual
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
