Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is seeking a part time Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guest inquiries by phone and online. You will manage bookings, respond to requests, and coordinate with the operations team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Knowledge of Opera PMS and solid communication are essential, along with a welcoming, qualified approach and the ability to handle busy periods, upsell services, and support various shifts.
