What We’re Looking For
Previous Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and compliance
