OSMEN Outdoor Furniture is looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented team member to maintain our website, manage product listings and create straightforward promotional materials. Experience in supplier communication or purchasing support would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the company website and keep product information accurate and up to date.
Upload current products, including images, descriptions, specifications and pricing.
Remove outdated or out-of-stock products as required.
Create simple advertisements and promotional materials, and update website promotions.
Contact suppliers to obtain product images, specifications, quotations and other information.
Where experienced, assist with placing supplier orders and following up on order progress and delivery schedules.
About You
Reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow tasks through to completion.
Comfortable using website administration tools and performing basic image editing.
Able to work with English product information and communicate effectively in English.
Chinese language skills would be an advantage, particularly for communicating with suppliers and working with product information.
Skills in Canva, Photoshop or similar tools are an advantage.
Experience in e-commerce, furniture or purchasing support is preferred.
