Rapid Clean Newcastle is seeking a friendly Customer Support representative to join our Newcastle-based team. The role is office-based, weekdays only, with no work from home, and involves assisting customers in-store, handling calls, processing orders and invoicing, and supporting the Sales team in showroom activities.

You will need a qualified appearance, transparent written and verbal communication, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
