We’re looking for an experienced Case Manager to join a children and youth family service provider, just 10 to 15 minutes from Brisbane CBD. This is a Monday to Friday role based in the office.
About the role
You’ll be the main contact for the Department of Child Safety and other key stakeholders. You’ll manage communication, make sure each young person’s needs are met, and keep case work on track.
You’ll also guide a team of support staff who work across multiple participants. This includes training them, supporting them day to day, and helping them respond to young people’s behaviours when needed.
You’ll report regularly to the Operations Manager. Most of your work is independent, but you’ll sometimes go to where the young person is, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting out and about.
