NSW Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a temporary full time role in Community Health. You will deliver protected, person-centred care in patient homes and community settings, using clinical assessment and evidence-based practice to address acute, chronic and palliative needs.

You will collaborate with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team, applying your AHPRA registration and NSW C-class driver’s license to ensure timely and coordinated care.
