Flourish Australia is seeking an Employment Coordinator to join the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team in Bankstown. The role is full time (76 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, based in Bankstown.

Level 4 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018) with a salary of $92,200–$99,200 per annum plus super and tax-free salary packaging. The Employment Coordinator will provide IEA program support, source job vacancies, mentor participants and track placements to maximise
