Compas Pty Ltd is seeking a Lead SQL Database Administrator to oversee Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL platforms within a complex Australian Government workplace. The role covers high availability, performance tuning, and cloud migration initiatives across on-premises, Azure, and AWS.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in database administration, robust T-SQL and PowerShell skills, and experience with Always On Availability Groups. NV1 security clearance is required.
