Multicultural NSW is seeking a Service Delivery Officer to provide in office support at John Maddison Tower and other Sydney Metro court locations. You will coordinate interpreters, liaise with court staff, and ensure smooth service delivery in a busy setting.

You will build relationships with interpreters and stakeholders, resolve issues, monitor outcomes and handle inquiries with professionalism, contributing to access to justice for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
