Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Manager on an interim basis in Melbourne. You will lead seven specialists across workplace relations, injury management and administration, handling complex employee matters and advising senior leaders.
You will report to the Chief People Officer and drive end-to-end employee matters, governance and compliance, with a rapid-paced setting and potential extension beyond year-end.
