Key Responsibilities:
Apply polyurethane sealants to expansion joints across commercial construction sites
Prepare joints and surfaces before applying sealant
Ensure consistent application, correct filling and professional finishes
Complete sealing works to the required quality and specification
Maintain high standards of workmanship across large-scale projects
What you'll need:
Proven experience applying polyurethane sealants to expansion joints
Experience with commercial construction or similar large-scale projects
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and maintain consistent standards
White Card and relevant construction site experience
Reliable transport and availability for an immediate start preferred
Important:
General glazing experience or silicone application alone will not be sufficient. Candidates must have hands-on experience with polyurethane sealants and ideally expansion joint sealing.
