Senior Payroll Officer | 4-Month Temporary Contract | Potential to Go Long Term
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join the team on an initial 4-month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a longer term role. This position will suit a hands-on payroll professional who can quickly integrate into the team and confidently support with NZ & AUS Payroll.
Key Responsibilities include:
End-to-end payroll for New Zealand plus dealing with some AUS Payroll
Maintaining employee payroll records and processing payroll changes
Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
Processing starters, leavers, leave, and payroll adjustments




Supporting payroll compliance and reporting requirements
Collaborating with HR and Finance stakeholders

About You
Proven end-to-end payroll experience across both Australia and Recent Zealand is essential
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines in a rapid-paced setting
Strong payroll systems and Excel skills
Available to commence immediately or at short notice
