Must have;
At least 3 years experience in a high end setting where etiquette and attention to detail is imperative
Ability to train/mentor other staff
Previous cocktail experience
Extensive wine knowledge
Available for days, nights, weekends - we are currently open Thurs - Sun lunch and dinner
Valid RSA certification for Queensland
This a hands on role supporting floor and bar staff when busy, taking table orders and working closely with the venue manager.
We are offering an above award role as either casual or PPT if suitable.
