Maintain quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
Strong à la carte experience
Confident working across different sections during busy services
Passion for quality produce, European-style food and beautiful presentation
Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a close-knit team
Solid communication and attention to detail
Weekend availability is essential
Full Australian working rights required
