Pay: $38.00/hr casual rate, plus overtime.

Day Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Work Type: Ongoing casual/temp with pathways to go permanent.

Duties

Perform commercial rigging operations for heavy industrial manufacturing and precast concrete product fabrication.

Safely lift, manoeuvre, and position precast items including concrete pipes, sleepers, bridge tops, and columns.

Assist with overhead gantry crane setups, rigging loads, and heavy material handling across the yard.

Read and interpret guides, load plans, and safety instructions for daily operations.

Maintain adherence to site safety guidelines, load limits,



and WorkSafe WA standards at all times.

Skills & Experience

Current High-Risk Work Licence with Basic (RB) or Intermediate (RI) Rigging Licence.

Rigging experience within heavy manufacturing, precast concrete yards, structural steel, or civil infrastructure.

Ability to safely handle heavy loads and collaborate effectively with crane operators and yard staff.

A proactive, safety-first mindset with solid attention to site protocols and load stability.
