About the Role

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Join Opal HealthCare as a Senior Registered Nurse, supporting clinical excellence across three care communities. This unique role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to mentor teams while delivering exceptional resident-centred care.

Working closely with leadership teams, you'll provide clinical guidance, support quality and compliance initiatives, and help drive outstanding outcomes for residents across multiple locations.

What You'll Do
Deliver protected, effective and person-centred clinical care
Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families




Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
