About the Role

This is a full-time Service Technician role based in Capalaba, Brisbane (QLD). You’ll work alongside the team carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs across a variety of HVAC systems.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Maintain, service and repair HVAC equipment, including ducted, split, package, VRV/VRF systems and chilled water FCUs
Diagnose and repair faults, and carry out preventative maintenance
Deliver quality customer service during site visits and service calls
Complete accurate service records, including parts, labour and recommended work
Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements, including the correct handling of refrigerants and hazardous materials





About You

The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an air conditioning Service Technician
Knowledge of HVAC systems and components across electrical, mechanical and refrigeration disciplines
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, documentation and schematics, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Trade qualified, with the ability to travel to client sites around Brisbane
