About the Role

Manpower is currently seeking experienced and qualified Chefs to support catering operations at a large institutional facility in Puckapunyal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs who enjoy working in a structured, rapid-paced workplace preparing high-quality meals at scale. Day and afternoon shifts are available, with a guaranteed 5 weeks of work and potential for extension depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner services
Support daily kitchen operations in a high-volume catering environment
Cook and prepare meals using commercial-scale equipment
Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control standards
Follow HACCP and food safety requirements at all times
Assist with buffet-style and function catering services




Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Chef
Previous experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen
Robust understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
Ability to work flexible shifts, including early starts and afternoons
Australian Citizenship
Ability to pass a Police Check
Availability to commence immediately
