Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking an experienced and motivated Vans Sales Manager to join our team at Eagle Farm.
This is a hands-on selling role where you will manage your own sales pipeline, achieve sales and profitability targets, and grow our retail, business and fleet customer base through new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales.

Your responsibilities
Achieve and exceed individual Vans sales targets
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Proactively generate leads and develop new retail, business and fleet opportunities
Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat and referral business
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads promptly
Work closely with finance,
service and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain strong product and market knowledge
About you
Proven experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales
A solid track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
The ability to manage your own sales activity and develop new business
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Robust commercial awareness and a proactive, results-driven approach
Vans, fleet or business sales experience is highly regarded
A current, valid driver’s licence
