The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Coach, Pool to support onboarding and ongoing development for approximately 600 nurses, midwives and support staff at LGH and THS North in Launceston. The role focuses on mandatory training, orientation and skill development to ensure excellent patient care.

You will foster a protected, supportive work workplace aligned with CARE values, supporting Pool Office and staff to meet predicted and unpredicted staffing needs.
