What Your Day Will Look LikeThis is a truly diverse "hybrid" role.

We value development and will help you sharpen your skills in both animal welfare and business administration.About YouAnimal & People Focused: You find energy in helping customers and caring for their furry best friends.Experienced: You have 12+ months of experience in animal care, hospitality, or customer service.Skilled: You have strong communication skills and a solutions-focused "can-do" attitude.Reliable: You hold a current driver's licence, have reliable transport, and full Australian working rights.Versatile: You're ready to jump in across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods (Christmas/New Year).
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and have the aptitude to master our reservation systems.Bonus points if you have a Qualification in Companion Animal Services or dog training experience!
