We're looking for a Social Content Coordinator to join the Stellar marketing team two days a week.This isn't a role where you'll spend your days watching from the sidelines.
You'll be getting involved - finding stories from across our business, creating social content, filming reels, writing captions and helping us showcase the people who make Stellar, Stellar.You'll work alongside an experienced marketing team, giving you the opportunity to learn, experiment and build a portfolio of real work along the way.What you'll get to doNo two days will look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:Creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram and FacebookWriting engaging captions and helping bring our brand voice to lifeCapturing photos and short-form video from around the businessCreating reels, carousels and simple graphicsHelping manage our social media content calendarFinding great stories from our people, teams, events and workplacesSupporting our consultants to build their personal brands on LinkedInScheduling and publishing approved contentKeeping an eye on social trends and bringing fresh ideas to the teamLooking at content performance and learning what resonates with our audiencesSupporting broader marketing campaigns and projects when neededWho we're looking forYou don't need years of marketing experience.
That's the point of the opportunity.We're looking for someone who is currently studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or something similar and wants to put their skills into practice.You'll probably be someone who:Loves social media and understands what makes good contentHas a natural eye for photos, video and visual storytellingEnjoys writing and can adapt your tone for different audiencesIs comfortable talking to people and asking questionsHas plenty of ideas and isn't afraid to share themIs organised and pays attention to the little detailsTakes initiative and is keen to learnHas some experience with Canva, Adobe or similar creative tools or is excited to learnIf you've created content for uni, a club, sporting team, volunteer organisation, internship or even your own social channels, we'd love to see it.At Stellar, we know some of the best stories in a business come from its people.You'll have the opportunity to work across our brand and alongside people throughout the business, learning how content and social media can support everything from employer brand and recruitment to personal branding and business growth.Most importantly, you'll have an experienced marketing team around you to learn from while being trusted to contribute your own ideas.For the right person, it's a chance to build your skills, your confidence and your portfolio before you've even finished your degree.
