About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Pick Packer to join our warehouse operations team in Croydon South, Victoria.
As a Pick Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to our customer satisfaction and operational success.Hours: 9am-4pm, immediate startWhat you'll be doingAccurately picking items according to customer orders and picking listsInspecting products for quality and damage before packingCarefully packing items into boxes to ensure secure deliveryLabelling packagesOrganising and maintaining a clean and safe work stationCollaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfilment targetsFollowing all health and safety protocols and company proceduresLoading and unloading pallets with a fork lift (fork lift license required)Moving boxes when requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience working as a Pick Packer, warehouse operative, or in a similar logistics roleStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read picking lists and order informationPhysical capability to lift, carry, and move items regularly throughout your shiftExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently to meet performance targets and deadlinesReliable and punctual, with a commitment to high standards of workGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamA commitment to maintaining workplace safety and health standards
