We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Employment Lawyers interested in an upcoming in-house contract opportunity within a leading global technology business.You will join a high-performing legal team, and you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to provide commercial employment law advice across a broad range of workplace matters.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding day-to-day employment law and workplace relations advice;Advising on employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and terminations;Managing workplace investigations and employment disputes;Supporting litigation, regulatory enquiries and external counsel management;Advising on employment policies,



compliance obligations and legislative developments;Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate employment-related risks; andAssisting with strategic projects and workplace initiatives as requiredAbout youAdmitted lawyer with demonstrated employment law experience;Experience gained in a reputable law firm, or a combination of both private practice and in-house;Solid knowledge of Australian employment and workplace relations legislation; andExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
