About The Role
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Stapylton, QLD facility (Logan / Northern Gold Coast).
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, including regular forklift operation, while maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and housekeeping.
Your Work Pattern Will Include
38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Overtime available as required
Key Responsibilities
Operations
Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move stock within the warehouseEnsure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials and productsPick and prepare orders accurately from delivery notes and picking slipsReceive and check all incoming freightLoad distribution vehicles safely and securely, identifying any errors or damagesEnsure all outgoing goods meet site quality standards and requirementsMaintain stock rotation using FIFO principlesAssist with stocktakes and inventory countingMaintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse
Safety & Quality
Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures, including safe forklift operationReport incidents, near misses, and hazards promptlySupport a positive and proactive safety cultureAdhere to food safety and quality standards,



including HACCP and GMP
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Orders are picked accurately and dispatched on timeForklift operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with site proceduresSafety procedures are followed consistentlyThe warehouse remains clean, organised, and efficientStrong teamwork and communication across the site
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentCurrent forklift licence with demonstrated operating experienceExperience with dispatch, picking, and inventory processesStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessPhysically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
It would be great if you also have:
Experience using warehouse systems or Microsoft OfficeExposure to food manufacturing or GMP environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environmentA team player who can work both collaboratively and independentlyWillingness to participate in shift work if required
