Job Aids and eLearning modulesManaging and maintaining learning content within the LMSDeveloping learning pathways and supporting user experience across learning platformsPartnering with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design practical solutionsEvaluating learning effectiveness and continuously improving learning programsEnsuring learning content aligns with adult learning principles, organisational standards and compliance requirementsStaying current with emerging trends, technologies and best practice instructional design methodologiesAbout youYou'll be a creative and cooperative learning professional who enjoys translating complex information into engaging learning experiences.You will bring:Experience designing and developing learning and eLearning programsStrong instructional design capability and understanding of adult learning principlesExperience using LMS platforms to administer, upload and manage learning contentProficiency with Articulate 360 and other learning technologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA continuous improvement mindset and passion for creating exceptional learner experiencesWhat you'll needCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)Experience in Instructional Design,
