Due to a maternity leave, they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to support the senior leadership team for the next 12 months.
We're looking for someone with a strong employee life cycle & business partnering.
This role will report through to the General Manager of HR.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute our Group recruitment strategy and lead end to end recruitment across our venues, from workforce planning through to onboarding.Partner with General Managers and leaders across employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations, providing practical advice and support.Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication and action plans that strengthen the employee experience across the Group.Lead and continuously improve our induction and onboarding framework to deliver a great start for new team members.Partner with our venues on learning, development and compliance training, helping our people build the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.Guide and support our HR Administrator,
