Moret Cleaning Contractors is a family run business which has been operating for approximately 40 years and are wishing to employ a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our company on a part time basis ie.
3 hours Wednesday and Thursday evenings each week.
This role is based in Noble Park, Victoria, and offers an excellent prospect to become part of an organisation committed to maintaining clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment.
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, directly contributing to the comfort and wellbeing of everyone who uses our spaces.
Please note that our existing staff are all long term employees mostly for over 10 years.Key responsibilitiesPerforming routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting of all areas within the facilityCleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors to maintain hygiene standardsEmptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately and in accordance with environmental guidelinesMaintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any maintenance issues or damage to managementUsing cleaning products and chemicals safely and responsibly, following all health and safety protocolsEnsuring all areas are cleaned to a consistent standard and that cleaning schedules are followedRestocking supplies such as soap, paper towels,



and other consumables as neededFollowing established procedures and reporting any health and safety concerns immediatelyWhat we're looking forProven experience working as a Cleaner or in a similar cleaning role within a commercial or institutional settingStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistentlyPhysical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and work on your feetReliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectivelyKnowledge of appropriate cleaning methods, products, and equipment for different surfaces and areasUnderstanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to following workplace safety proceduresExcellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approach to working with othersFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and additional cleaning needs as they ariseReferences, Drivers licence and Police Check requiredWhat we offerWe offer competitive part-time work (Award Rates) with flexible scheduling options.
