You'll play a key role in helping them build resilience, develop life skills, and create brighter futures.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a protected, supportive, and structured home environmentBuild strong, positive relationships with young peopleSupport emotional, social, and life skill developmentEncourage healthy decision-making and wellbeingCollaborate with a therapeutic care team to deliver tailored plansComplete daily documentation, case notes, and reportsExperience in Youth Work, Child Safety, or a related fieldCurrent,
