Whether you're preparing drinks, serving guests or assisting with food preparation, your versatility and passion for service excellence, will be key to your success.You are joining a family oriented team which is part of a hospitality group that has been operating in the Blue Mountains for over 20 years.What you'll be doingProviding attentive and friendly table service to guests in the restaurant and cafePreparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, during meal serviceAssisting with food preparation and presentation as neededRestocking and maintaining bar and dining suppliesEnsuring the bar, dining and public areas are clean, well-organised and inviting for guestsAdhering to all health,



safety and licensing regulationsContributing to a positive and collaborative team environmentWhat we're looking forRelevant experience in a similar food and beverage or hotel hospitality roleExperience using POS and reservations systemExperience with stocktakingMinimum of 2+ years of food and beverage experience is requiredStrong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrated competence in basic food preparation and beverage serviceFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysA current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationAustralian work rights are required for this position.
