and changes in resident conditionMonitor and analyse clinical indicators, incidents and risk trendsApply evidence-based practice to improve outcomesBuild relationships with GPs, hospitals and allied health providersEnsure adherence to Aged Care Act **** requirements and reporting obligationsDrive continuous improvement, audit readiness, and clinical excellenceLead compliance with incident management and accreditation standardsFoster a values-led, high-performing cultureOversee education, onboarding and competency developmentAbout YouRegistered Nurse with AHPRA registration (minimum 3 years)Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams in residential aged careAn excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACCAbility to lead change, manage risk, and improve outcomesA visible, values-led leader who is a natural mentor with a passion for building high-performing teamsWhy Opal HealthCare?
