You will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace while delivering a high standard of customer service and support.Location: Miranda, NSWPay rate: Security Services Award Level 2Shifts available: Weekday and weekend shifts | Day and night shiftsAbout the RoleAs a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for safety and security on site.
You will provide a professional security presence while supporting clients, staff and visitors.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of people, property and assetsProviding a professional and approachable security presenceResponding to incidents, alarms,



emergencies and requests for assistanceIdentifying potential risks and taking appropriate actionFollowing site procedures, security protocols and safety requirementsCompleting incident reports and maintaining accurate recordsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A valid Security LicenceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationPrevious security experience (retail security experience highly regarded)Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekdays and weekendsStrong communication and customer service skillsThe ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsGood attention to detail and the ability to follow proceduresA reliable and punctual work historyFull Australian working rightsWhy Join Us?
