We are seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our team in a luxury 5-star environment.
Your Role
•Assist guests with reservations, check-in, and check-out
•Handle guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements
•Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
•Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
•Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the property is always guest-ready
•Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
•Maintain professional presentation and excellent communication at all times
About You
•Previous hospitality experience is essential; hotel guest services experience is a plus
•Strong 5-star customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction




•Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks efficiently
•Proficiency in reservation management software (training provided)
•Ability to work weekends are essential
